About Us

I AM  shafali ,has been born and brought up in Delhi. I   was born on a very cold day in December in Delhi in a Hindu family.In those days ,birth of a girl child was not deemed to be a good sign in family .But my parents were very happy on my birth, I was star of my fathers eyes .I was getting love and receiving attention of every member of my family. I always had a burning desire to learn new things in my life. I learnt  all household work .I always trying to fulfill my dreams. I learnt BHARAT NATYAM , drawings and paintings , guitar playing, bollywood dance. 

once ,my father met with an accident and he had to remain in hospital for several months and even after that, he could be recovered fully,because of that, we all brothers and sister were got married in at early age. I was always thinking for my future. Timing was passing and I was alwayI thinking to learn astrology. One day ,my friend told me about ICAS, where astrology classes are conducted. I was surprised to know but also thinking that how I can learn astrology .My friend took me to the institute for learning astrology .I was standing on the gate ,suddenly Shri Parminder sir ,chairman of the institute came and took me inside the institute .This was my first occasion to meet any astrologer.  He saw my hand and told me everything relating my life  .I was very happy on my destiny and I decided to learn astrology from Parminder sir .I studied up to visharad from ICAS ,after that ,I learnt many different things from different teachers .I completed my diploma course of Krishna Murti system .I also done diploma course of medical Astrology ,I also worked on Ashtak Verga and Gemini System .I  worked on ”GUNA MILAAN’ ‘which studied Kundali matching .I also learnt Terot reading.  

today even after 20 years, I always remember Parminder sir as my teacher ,father  , friend , mentor , guide .Today ,many people come to me and consult me for their problems and I thank GOD and feel happy that I am able to guide them and solve their problems.

I am grateful to Prof. (Dr.)ANIL MITTRA SIR for his guidence ,  and his  support for me .I always thanks god for mittra sir .I also thank Shri Rajendra Bhatt sir, shri  Jai prakash sir (ICAS),Shri Bal Govind ji for their love and blessings.
